Q1: Are these wedding dresses the original designer ones?
No, we are not a reseller of any brand, even though the dresses sold on our site may look and function almost the same as those in the pictures, and all our dresses are of top quality and handmade from best materials by our factory based in Hong Kong, Taiwan and China mainland. We sell affordable top quality wedding dresses without any brand on them. We can also accept customized orders according to the picture or drawing provided by you with no extra charges. Q2: What if I cannot place an order successfully online?
Firstly, please check out whether there are plugs in your explorer, which sometimes result in the failure of payment. Secondly, check your credit card type and No. They must be acceptable on our website. If no way works, please contact us by email at weddingpayment@gmail.com.
Q3: What is your payment policy?

Q4: I need to cancel an order. How can I do this?
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please email us at weddingpayment@gmail.com ASAP. If your order has not been processed or dispatched, we can cancel it free of charge. If your order has been half processed or packed well and you still want to cancel it, we are afraid a 5% packing fee as well as certain processing fees will be deducted from your refund. If your order has been dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it. After receiving your order you can decide whether to keep it or return it.
Q5: What is your shipping policy?
Because all of our shoes are hand-made and customized, it takes 15-20 days to process and ship, and usually arrives within 10 working days. We are sorry that NO overnight shipping service is available currently.
